- Remote review or on-site visit: remote checks or a focused on-site day for device QA and environment inspection.
- Analysis: collate findings, run simple checks and consult with school contacts/ICT.
- Deliverables: concise audit report, prioritised remediation roadmap, estimated effort and recommended next steps.
