Looking for practical, personalised support to help an NDIS participant achieve their goals?

EduLinked Pty Ltd welcomes referrals from NDIS support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, families, carers and participants.

We provide accessible, person-centred support focused on building independence, confidence, skills and participation in everyday life. Support is available online across Australia and in person in the Brisbane area, subject to service availability and individual needs.

Support availability, suitability and applicable NDIS funding arrangements are assessed individually. Not every activity is funded under every participant's plan.

Who can make a referral?

We welcome referrals from:

  • NDIS support coordinators and specialist support coordinators
  • Participants and their authorised representatives
  • Families, carers and nominees
  • Allied health professionals
  • Disability service providers and community organisations

Participants must consent to the referral and the sharing of their information.

How referrals work

  1. Complete the referral form. Tell us about the participant, their goals and the support they are seeking.
  2. We review the referral. Our team considers the participant's needs, communication preferences, accessibility requirements and requested support.
  3. We contact you. We may request further information, discuss available support options or explain the next steps.
  4. Agree on support arrangements. Where a suitable service is available, we confirm the proposed support, funding arrangements and any required service agreement before services commence.

Who can access our NDIS services?

We currently welcome enquiries from participants whose NDIS plans are:

  • Plan-managed
  • Self-managed

EduLinked is not currently an NDIS-registered provider and cannot provide services requiring registration or claim directly for NDIA-managed supports.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your referral, our NDIS administration team will review the information provided, including any supporting documents you choose to upload.

If EduLinked is a suitable match, we'll explain the proposed supports, confirm funding and service arrangements, and guide you through the next steps.
