Internet Access Program — affordable, reliable connectivity
We support households, community venues and partner organisations to access affordable, reliable internet so people can learn, work and participate online. Services include low-cost broadband facilitation, device+connect bundles, community Wi-Fi hubs, and short-term data vouchers — all wrapped with practical inclusion supports.
Our focus is practical, locally-delivered solutions with accessibility built in: Easy Read resources, Auslan summaries, volunteer support and procurement-ready advice if you want to scale.

Frequently asked questions
- How quickly can I be connected?
- For urgent cases we triage within 48 hours. Typical facilitation and setup takes 5–15 business days depending on inventory and install complexity.
- Do you manage ongoing bills?
- We help households access low-cost plans and set up billing, but long-term bill responsibility is arranged with the household or partner. For sustained supports we advise procurement or subsidy options.
- Can you install in my home?
- Yes — on-site setup for routers, guest networks and assistive-device pairing is available where safe and appropriate; visits are scheduled during scoping.
- What evidence do you need?
- Evidence is helpful for subsidies (school note, concession card), but we accept applications and assess case-by-case. If uploads fail, email supporting documents to founder@edulinked.com.au.
