School tech referral — request assistive devices, kit support or tech assessments
Use this form to refer a school, class or student group for assistive-technology support, AT-EMLS kit trials, device loans or a technical audit. We work with classroom teams, learning technologists and support coordinators to scope low-friction, procurement-aware solutions that increase access to learning.
After submission we’ll contact the named school contact within five business days to arrange a short scoping call. If you need an Easy Read or alternate format of this form, email founder@edulinked.com.au.

Frequently asked questions
- Can the devices be used offline?
- Yes — we design loaner workflows for both online and offline scenarios. If Wi-Fi is unavailable we recommend offline-ready device configurations and local data capture with later secure export.
- Who pays for shipping or insurance?
- Shipping, insurance and consumables are negotiated during pilot scoping. We can discuss co-funding or grant options in the scoping call.
- Is parental consent required?
- For pilots involving identifiable student data or research, explicit parental/carer consent is required. EduLinked will advise during scoping and provide consent templates.
