Queensland Digital Inclusion Festival — Celebrating inclusive communication & digital access for all

A simple, staged approach to lasting change — from discovery to embed
We partner with organisations to co-design practical, evidence-informed programs that fit your context. Each partnership follows a clear journey so outcomes are measurable and sustainable.
Typical stages: discover & align, design a short pilot, implement with support, then evaluate and scale with governance and measurement.
We prioritise dignity, co-design and accessible communications — Auslan, captions and plain language materials are part of our core delivery.
Partnership stages — what to expect
Discover & align
We listen to goals, review systems and identify access requirements and success measures. Deliverable: discovery note and recommended next steps.
Design a short pilot
Co-designed pilot with accessible activities, participant materials and simple evaluation tools. Deliverable: pilot plan and accessible resources.
Implement & support
Delivery of workshops, device trials and coaching. Deliverable: facilitator notes, participant packs, evaluation collection.
Evaluate & scale
Measure outcomes and capture learning. We then support governance, procurement and scale plans. Deliverable: evaluation summary and sustainment plan.
Accessibility & dignity
All partnership work includes accessible communications, plain language materials and participation options — Auslan/closed captions and accessible digital content are standard where needed.
