Who should use this form

School ICT staff, leaders, teachers running a program, or school-based technicians can use this form. If you are an external partner working with the school, indicate your relationship and include a school contact.

What happens next

  1. Intake: we confirm scope, timing, accessibility needs (Easy Read / Auslan) and any clinician or IT contacts.
  2. Site scoping or remote review: brief remote check or on-site audit depending on needs.
  3. Deliver: configuration, QA, inventory patterns or short audit report with remediation and effort estimates.
  4. Handover: training notes, device packs and procurement/sustainment suggestions.
