How quickly will you respond?
We acknowledge enquiries within five business days. For urgent risks we triage within 48 hours — note "urgent" in your message or call the phone number above.
Can you visit our school or home?
Yes — we arrange on-site support for scoping, AT trials or device setup where appropriate. We first agree a scope and any access arrangements.
Do you provide Auslan interpretation?
We can provide Auslan summaries or arrange interpreters for sessions on request. Tick the accessibility box in the form or email founder@edulinked.com.au to request support.
