Easy Read & Auslan for referrals
If the person you’re referring needs Easy Read or Auslan information, tick the Easy Read box on the referral form (or tell us by email). We’ll provide referral materials and consent forms in the appropriate format.

- For urgent risks we triage within 48 hours. Typical referrals are acknowledged within five business days and routed to the appropriate service or assessment pathway.
- What if consent is not yet obtained?
- If you cannot obtain consent before making a referral (e.g. urgent risk concerns), include reason and contact information and our coordinator will advise next steps and seek consent if appropriate.
- Who will see the referral?
- Referral information is held by Bellbowrie Connected (EduLinked). We may share necessary details with trusted partner organisations only to arrange support, and only with consent or where needed for safety.
