Casual, welcoming pop-ups where people bring phones, tablets or laptops for short support (20–40 mins).
Program — EduLinked
Friendly, respectful tech help for older people: phone/tablet basics, video-calling family, online health portals, safe browsing and simple problem-solving. Sessions are paced, supported by volunteers and delivered with Easy Read resources.
Drop-in sessions and bookable one-to-one help — volunteers and facilitators trained in trauma-aware, inclusive practice. Auslan summaries and accessible step-by-step guides available on request.

A 45–60 min appointment for personalised help — account setup, video call practice, or tailored troubleshooting.
Short workshops on topics like 'phone basics' or 'staying safe online' — small, supportive groups with printed guides.
For people with mobility or access barriers we arrange home visits for setup and coaching (risk-assessed).
Fields marked are required. If you need Auslan or Easy Read help to book, tick the box or call us and we will arrange support.
Volunteers are trained to be patient communicators, trauma-aware and Auslan-aware where possible. Roles include tech helpers, welcome hosts and phone support.
Short induction, shadow shifts and quick-guides for communication techniques and safe practice.
