Purpose
This procedure explains how concerns relating to safety, wellbeing or misconduct can be reported and addressed within EduLinked programs and activities.
Types of concerns
Concerns may include situations such as:
- Unsafe behaviour during activities
- Suspected harm or abuse
- Bullying, harassment or discrimination
- Breaches of organisational policies
- Situations where participants appear at risk
Immediate safety
If a situation presents immediate danger or risk of harm, emergency services should be contacted first.
Reporting a concern
Concerns relating to EduLinked activities should be reported as soon as possible so they can be addressed appropriately.

How reports are handled
When a concern is reported, EduLinked will:
- Review the information provided
- Assess risks to participants
- Take appropriate action where required
- Follow safeguarding principles and relevant obligations

EduLinked aims to treat reports sensitively and respect the privacy of individuals involved while ensuring safety concerns are addressed.
