Our lending library gives schools, community organisations and services short-term access to assistive devices, trial software licences and curriculum-ready kits so teams can test what works in real contexts.
Loans include device setup guidance and a short coaching session so teams can implement supports confidently. Eligibility and loan periods vary by item.
If you don't have a device at home, we'll lend you a tablet that's ready to use: Be Connected bookmarked, Zoom and email installed, and six months of mobile data included. We'll show you how to use it and keep supporting you while you have the loan.

Join online learning, connect with family and practise new digital skills with confidence. Our program is designed specifically for older people (50+) who want to get online but need the right tools and support.
Get online with our lending library
People aged 50+ who don't have reliable access to a tablet or phone at home.
People who feel socially isolated or have extra barriers (hearing, vision, language, mobility).

Simple process to get you connected with a device and support
Short online form or phone referral to get started with the lending library program.
30–45 minute session (in person or home visit) to set up the device and show you how it works. Sign a simple Device Loan Agreement.
When the loan ends, the device is returned, professionally cleaned and fully factory reset before the next person borrows it (privacy protection).
Get the device and support you need to build digital confidence
Up to six months (or as agreed) — plenty of time to build your digital skills and confidence.
Includes two follow-up clinics and phone help while you have the device — we're here to help you succeed.
Short form with just what we need: name, phone, address, preferred pickup location, brief reason for request, accessibility needs, and consent checkbox for the reset & loan terms.
All devices are professionally cleaned and fully factory reset between loans — your privacy is completely protected.
