Frequently asked questions

Can I register on behalf of someone else?

Yes — you can register a family member or client. Please confirm you have consent and provide your details in the referrer fields where requested.

What if I don’t have an email address?

If you don’t have email, you can register by calling or emailing founder@edulinked.com.au and we will assist you by phone or in person.

Will I get a username and password?

After registration we will confirm your contact details and provide instructions for any online access (if relevant) or a simple local reference number for bookings and loans.

How long until I’m contacted?

We usually acknowledge registration within five business days. If the request is urgent, email founder@edulinked.com.au with “urgent” in the subject.

Developer & admin notes

• Change the form action to your Oncord/CRM endpoint to capture registrations and attachments. This template uses multipart/form-data for potential uploads.
• All contact mailto links point to founder@edulinked.com.au consistent with EduLinked program routing.
• If your CMS strips file inputs or input[type="date"], provide a server-side alternative or instruct users to email details to founder@edulinked.com.au.
• Provide downloadable Easy Read and Auslan starter packs linked from the page. Ensure PDFs are tagged and have language metadata en-AU.
• Consider adding a simple JS validator/anti-double-submit script and/or server-side verification to prevent duplicate accounts. I can provide a small snippet if you’d like.
