Overview
EduLinked’s Work Experience offer helps education providers and employers deliver placements that are safe, meaningful and auditable. We build placement briefs, supervisor tools, learner induction and digital evidence systems so that learning outcomes are met and assessment evidence is robust and accessible.
Who this is for
Secondary schools, RTOs, TAFE, employers and industry partners running placements, internships, cadetships or workplace-integrated microcredentials. Also relevant for community organisations coordinating employer partners for learners with disability.
Challenges we solve
- Supervisor burden: short, clear guides and evidence templates for supervisors.
- Assessment quality: RTO-aligned evidence capture and marking guides.
- Inclusion: workplace adjustments, AT checks and Easy Read induction packs for learners.
- Safety & compliance: streamlined consent, risk prompts and audit-ready records.
- Employer engagement: simple agreements and clear value propositions for hosts.
Our approach
We design work experience by aligning employer tasks to learning outcomes, simplifying supervisor duties, and ensuring evidence is captured in ways that satisfy audit and support inclusion. Our approach balances workplace realism with practical supports for learners and supervisors.
- Employer mapping: map real workplace tasks to learning outcomes and performance criteria.
- Supervisor pack: one-page guides, short observation forms, and QR-linked job aids.
- Accessible induction: Easy Read sign-ups, consent forms, and Auslan-ready induction scripts.
- Digital evidence: mobile-friendly capture, photo/video consent UI, and RTO-ready exports.
