Overview
EduLinked’s NDIS support services provide plain-language pathways, planning tools and provider toolkits that help participants, families and support coordinators navigate NDIS planning and service coordination with clarity and dignity.
Who this is for
NDIS participants and families, support coordinators, providers, allied-health teams and community organisations working with participants who need accessible planning and communication support.
Services we deliver
- NDIS navigator tools: plain steps to prepare for planning meetings and ask for supports.
- Plan preparation & review: templates and coaching to build clear, participant-centred plans.
- Support coordination toolkits: checklists, short dashboards and provider engagement scripts.
- Communication supports: Easy Read materials, symbol packs and Auslan signer scripts.
- Provider readiness: accessibility checklists and evidence templates so providers can show capability.
- Training: short workshops for coordinators and providers on accessible planning and communications.
How we work
We begin with a short intake and participant-centred conversation, then co-design plain-language tools and a short pilot to check what works. We always include Easy Read and Auslan options where needed.
- Intake & consent: short intake, identify supports and translation/Auslan needs.
- Co-design tools: create navigator checklists, plan templates and communication packs.
- Pilot: try the tools with participants and coordinators; collect feedback.
- Handover: provide final toolkit, short training and sustainment notes.
