Overview

EduLinked’s Assistive Technology service helps organisations plan, trial, configure and sustain assistive solutions so that learners and participants can access learning, work and services. We work with clinical and education partners to ensure trials are safe, effective and ethically managed.

Who this is for

  • Device lending & QA: pre-configured kits, device QA, dispatch and return workflows.
  • Procurement & sustainment: accessible procurement specs, vendor assessment and sustainment planning.
  • Training & handover: staff and supervisor training, Easy Read handover packs and Auslan-friendly scripts.
  • Integration: AT integration with learning systems and workplace tools.
  • Assessment support: ensuring evidence and assessment include adjustments and AT usage.

How it works — a simple process

  1. Referral or enquiry: we take a short intake and confirm consent and clinical contacts.
  2. Scoping: clinical and technical scoping to set goals and decide trial type.
  3. Trial: configure devices, deliver onboarding and run a short trial with QA.
  4. Review & report: short outcomes report with procurement notes and next steps.
  5. Procurement / handover: vendor engagement, procurement guidance and long-term sustainment planning.
