What happens next
- Intake: we confirm consent, any accessibility supports (Easy Read/Auslan) and clinical contacts.
- Scoping: clinical & technical scoping to set trial goals with clinicians/teachers where needed.
- Trial: devices are configured, onboarding delivered and the student trials in context (typically 2–6 weeks).
- Review: concise outcomes report with procurement and sustainment advice for the school and family.

Frequently asked
- How long until we hear back?
- We aim to contact the referrer or guardian by email within 5–10 working days to arrange intake or advise next steps. If urgent, email founder@edulinked.com.au with subject 'Urgent AT referral'.
- Do students need a clinician to be referred?
- No — referrals can be made without a clinician. Including clinician details or reports helps us scope the trial safely and quickly.
- Who pays for devices after a trial?
- Trials are short-term. Procurement for long-term devices is discussed after the trial; our outcomes report includes procurement options and sustainment advice for the school and family.
