The NDIS Navigator is a practical, evidence-informed toolkit that helps participants, providers and support coordinators document communication preferences, capture reasonable adjustments, and produce accessible summaries that everyone can understand. It focuses on usability and real-world uptake so plans are actionable and durable.
The Navigator is designed to reduce ambiguity in meetings, speed documentation, and ensure participant-centred outcomes are recorded in plain language and Easy Read formats. Pilot materials and toolkit templates are included in the partner package.
