We configure devices for online and offline use, provide inventory and QA routines, and deliver staff training (AT-EMLS). Easy Read, Auslan and symbol-supported materials are available on request so deployments are accessible from the start.

What happens next
Response & scoping
We will contact the nominated contact within five business days to confirm the scope, timeline and any consent needs.
Assessment & pilot
If an assessment or pilot is appropriate we will provide a partner brief, MOU and operational plan including M&E and procurement notes.
Device loan & training
Device loans are configured for online or offline use and training is provided for staff during pilot setup where required.

- Can devices work offline?
- Yes — we configure offline-ready options and local data capture flows if Wi-Fi is unavailable.
- Who pays for shipping or insurance?
- Shipping, insurance and consumables are negotiated during scoping. We can discuss co-funding, partner contributions and grant options.
- Is parental consent required?
- For pilots involving identifiable student data or formal research, explicit parental/carer consent is required. EduLinked will advise and provide templates during scoping.
