Accessible Design
Creating learning environments that are welcoming and usable for people of all abilities.
EduLinked — Leaders in Digital Inclusion
Connecting people, systems, and solutions for equity
We help individuals, organisations, and communities create digital tools that work for people of all abilities, backgrounds, languages, and devices.
EduLinked is an initiative designing inclusive learning systems and digital inclusion
programs that help communities participate in learning, creativity and knowledge sharing.
Our work brings together accessible design, assistive technology and community collaboration to support learning in libraries, schools and
community spaces.
Creating learning environments that are welcoming and usable for people of all abilities.
Integrating tools and devices that support diverse learning needs and communication styles.
Building partnerships that bring together diverse expertise and shared resources.
EduLinked supports people with disability to learn, communicate and take part in community life. We design short, practical learning modules, run creative media pathways and deliver trial-first assistive technology supports and community programs so participation is useful, dignified and sustainable.
EduLinked develops systems and initiatives that support accessible learning environments.
Our work focuses on three connected areas.
Frameworks that support inclusive learning environments, such as the EduLinked Modular Learning System (EMLS).
Programs that explore new forms of accessible participation in learning and creative expression.
Initiatives such as the EduLinked Digital Lending Library that expand access to learning tools and assistive technology.
EduLinked designs learning systems that help organisations develop inclusive learning environments.
These systems bring together learning programs, accessible interfaces and community participation.
Flexible framework for building inclusive learning environments with modular components.
Integrated assistive technology solutions for accessible learning spaces.
Networked learning environments across multiple community sites.
These systems allow learning environments to be piloted, evaluated and expanded across multiple community sites.
EduLinked projects bring learning systems into real community settings.
Through pilot programs and demonstrator environments, communities can explore new approaches to inclusive learning.
A youth storytelling and media initiative supporting creative expression and accessible participation.
A shared resource initiative exploring how communities can access assistive technology and learning tools through lending systems.
We design events and programs so accessibility is real: Auslan, live captioning, accessible materials and assistive device hire are planned and budgeted so everyone can participate.
Many people face barriers to learning due to inaccessible environments or limited access to technology.
EduLinked initiatives aim to reduce these barriers by combining:
Seamless integration of assistive devices and accessibility tools into learning environments.
Creating accessible spaces and programs that welcome diverse learning needs and abilities.
Community lending systems and shared resources that expand access to essential learning technology.
These approaches help more people participate in learning, creativity and community knowledge sharing.

Many initiatives begin with small pilot projects or demonstrator environments.
EduLinked is exploring new ways to support inclusive learning in community environments.
By combining accessible design, shared technology and collaborative learning programs, we aim to help communities create learning
environments that are open to diverse participants.
