Future Ready Activation is aimed at organisations preparing to move from pilots to scaled delivery. It focuses on procurement strategy, sustainment planning, stakeholder mobilisation and building organisational capability so initiatives endure and create long-term value for communities.

A short, practical activation program to translate pilots into sustainable services, with procurement guidance, mobilisation strategy and local capability-building.

Learning hours & prerequisites

Estimated learning time: 10–16 hours (workshops, guided planning & templates). Recommended: involvement in an existing pilot or an organisational mandate to scale inclusion.

Assessment: a short implementation plan and mobilisation strategy (template provided). Submissions include roles, procurement considerations, a risk register and a sustainment checklist. Assessors provide practical feedback and a certificate on successful demonstration.
