What happens next

Initial response

We aim to contact the nominated school contact within five business days to confirm details and arrange a scoping conversation.

Scoping & approvals

We arrange a short scoping call, review any provided documents, and advise on ethics/consent and procurement or funding needs.

Pilot planning

If a pilot is appropriate we prepare an MOU, partner brief, timeline and evaluation plan for sign-off.

Frequently asked questions

Can we refer anonymously?
We prefer a named school contact so we can follow up, but if privacy is a concern contact us by email to discuss anonymous referral options and consent pathways.
Do you need parental/carer consent?
For classroom pilots involving identifiable student data or research, explicit parental/carer consent is required. If the referral is for a non-identifiable scoping conversation, we can proceed with school-level permissions. EduLinked will advise during scoping.
Is there a cost?
We discuss funding models case-by-case. Pilots can be partner-funded, co-funded, or supported via grants — indicative budgets and procurement notes are included in the referral pack.
