How long until you contact us?
We aim to reply within five business days to confirm a time and any briefing materials you need.
Can consultations be recorded?
Yes — we can record sessions with your consent. We also offer an Easy Read or written briefing if you prefer not to record.
Is there a cost?
Standard 30–60 minute consultations are provided at no charge. Extended consultancy or procurement writing may be quoted separately.
