  • School name: tell us the full school name.
  • Contact: give a school contact name and email so we can follow up.
  • What you want: choose classroom pilot, device support, training or host a pilot.
  • Students: if this is for students, tell us year level and main support needs.
  • Accessibility: tell us if you need Easy Read, Auslan, symbol prompts or other supports.
  • Consent: check the box to confirm you are authorised to refer the school.

What happens next

Initial contact

We’ll contact the nominated school contact within five business days to confirm details and arrange a scoping call.

Scoping & approvals

We will advise on ethics, consent, procurement and prepare a partner brief and MOU if a pilot is appropriate.

Pilot planning

If agreed, we provide site briefs, training, M&E templates and support for implementation.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need parental consent?
Yes — for pilots involving identifiable student data we will request parental/carer consent and provide templates and HREC-ready materials where evaluation is proposed.
Can we refer anonymously?
We prefer a named school contact to follow up. If anonymity is required please email us and we will discuss an appropriate pathway.
Who pays for pilots?
We discuss funding case-by-case. Pilots can be partner-funded, co-funded or supported by grants — indicative budgets and procurement notes are in the referral pack.
