Partner package

  • Partner brief & procurement-ready costings
  • Site-installation or classroom brief & accessibility audit
  • Facilitator pack, training session and on-site support (as agreed)
  • M&E plan, data collection templates and evaluation report

Typical responsibilities

  • EduLinked: project design, training, evaluation and reporting
  • Partner: site access, local liaison, participant recruitment and local approvals
  • Shared: governance, accessibility QA and communication with funders/stakeholders

  • Scoping & MOU — 2–4 weeks
  • Configure & train — 2–6 weeks
  • Pilot delivery — 4–12 weeks
  • Evaluation & reporting — 2–4 weeks

How long until you contact us?
We will aim to respond within five business days to arrange a scoping call and next steps.
Do you fund pilots?
We can discuss co-funding, grant support and indicative budgets. We also accept partner-funded pilots and can prepare grant-ready budgets on request.
What about privacy and ethics?
Pilots include an accessibility QA cycle and HREC-ready materials where evaluation is consented. Sensitive data is held only with explicit consent and shared under controlled access or NDA.
