Start an assistive technology referral

How it works

  1. Submit referral: use the form — include access needs, site notes and any supporting files.
  2. We triage: we confirm consent & access needs, check procurement constraints, and schedule a scoping call (usually within 5 business days).
  3. Scoped response: partner brief, device config, MOU or assessment plan produced — procurement-ready where required.
  4. Delivery & verification: device loan / assessment / training delivered; verification report and QA outputs supplied.

Weeks 0–2 — Scoping

Site audit, device list, procurement notes and ethical checks.

Weeks 3–4 — Configure & train

Can devices be used offline?
Yes — we configure offline-ready devices and provide local data capture flows for limited-network settings.
Who pays for shipping or insurance?
Shipping, insurance and consumables are negotiated during scoping. We can discuss co-funding and grant options.
Is parental consent required?
For identifiable student data or research, explicit parental/carer consent is required. EduLinked provides consent templates and HREC-ready materials.
