Modules

Future Ready includes four short modules. The modules introduce access, rights, communication, digital tools, and practical implementation before the workshop and action-planning stage.

Complete the modules in order. Each module has an overview, content page, activity, and downloads.

Module 1

Rights

Learn about rights, dignity, participation, accessibility foundations, and how access barriers affect real people.

Module 2

Communication

Learn about inclusive communication, plain language, multimodal support, and clearer ways to share information.

Module 3

Digital Tools

Learn about digital accessibility, websites, forms, files, online communication, and practical digital improvements.

Module 4

Implementation

Learn how to prioritise accessibility actions, choose quick wins, plan longer-term changes, and prepare for follow-up.

How to use the modules

Start with Module 1 and move through the sequence. Each module introduces one part of accessibility practice and includes an activity to help you connect the learning to real situations.

After the modules, continue to the workshop to build an Accessibility Action Plan.
