Access and participation

Access

Future Ready is designed to support accessible participation. This page explains how to ask for support, what formats may be available, and where to go if something is not working for you.

Access support

Access support may look different for different people. You can tell us what would help you participate.

Different formats

You can ask for information in another format where possible. This may include plain language, Easy Read, or a document format that works better for you.

Clear information

Future Ready aims to use clear page structure, plain language, headings, links, downloadable resources, and accessible templates.

Workshop support

You can contact the team before the workshop if you need adjustments, support information, or help preparing to take part.

Formats and resources

Future Ready pages and resources may include standard web pages, Easy Read sections, downloadable handouts, templates, and transcripts where they are needed.

If a resource is not available in a format that works for you, contact the team and tell us what you need.

Digital access

Using the website

This website includes keyboard focus styles, skip links, responsive layout, image alt text, Easy Read support, and accessibility display options.

Using downloads

Some resources may be available as Word documents, PDFs, or web pages. If a download does not work for your access needs, email the Future Ready team.

Captions and transcripts

If Future Ready uses video, audio, or workshop recordings, captions and transcripts should be provided where possible.

Transcript resources can be found in the Future Ready resources area when they are available.

Ask for help

If you need support, another format, or help using the Future Ready materials, contact the team.
