Share your digital resources

Thank you for contributing. Sharing practical resources helps communities discover tools that support accessible learning and communication. Below are guidelines and the submission process.

What you can share

  • Learning guides, templates and lesson plans
  • Communication resources (plain language, visuals, Auslan-ready media)
  • Tool or software recommendations and setup notes
  • Device loan guides, maintenance and setup documentation
  • Case studies or pilots that describe practical implementation

Submission requirements

  1. Accessible file formats: provide a text version and PDF where possible. Include captions/transcripts for audio or video.
  2. Clear description: short summary of what the resource is, who it helps, and how to use it.
  3. Licensing: tell us the licensing or permissions (for example: Creative Commons, organisation licence, contact for permission).
  4. Contact & consent: confirm you have permission to share, and provide a contact for questions.
  5. Privacy: do not include personal or sensitive data unless you have explicit consent and a data-sharing agreement in place.

How to submit

We accept resource submissions via an online form or by email with attachments. We will review each resource for accessibility and suitability before it is published in the Lending Library.

Review & publishing

Our curators check submissions for accessibility, clarity and practical usefulness. We may contact you for clarification or to request alternative formats. Once accepted, your resource will be listed with a short description and link to the download or resource page.

Licensing & attribution

We encourage open licences such as Creative Commons where possible. If you share resources under a restrictive licence, we will publish contact instructions so users can request permission.
