Workshop overview

From accessibility ideas to practical action

This workshop supports barrier mapping, co-design thinking and simple implementation planning. The main output is a one-page Accessibility Action Plan.

What you will do

  1. Bring one example.

This could be a form, website, email, service process, event plan or policy.

  2. Map one barrier.

Name what makes participation harder than it needs to be.

  3. Discuss practical changes.

Think about clear information, formats, process flexibility, access support and feedback.

  4. Create one action plan.

Record the next step, who owns it, when it will happen and how it will be checked.
