Short, actionable lessons and simple tasks you can use immediately.
On-demand videos plus clear written lessons let you learn on your schedule — minimal live speaking required.
Small, affordable changes open your business to a bigger and more loyal customer base.
The Verified Accessibility Pilot provides technical verification and a short evidence brief you can show to customers, partners or councils.
Future-Ready is a practical, low-stress learning pathway for small businesses that want to improve accessibility and welcome NDIS customers. Rather than theory, you'll get focused, actionable guidance.
Four short modules (8–12 minutes each) with written tasks you can do on your schedule.
A one-page workbook that turns learning into concrete fixes for your website, booking flow and service delivery.
One short live online workshop (60–90 minutes) or moderated text-only office hours for co-design and Q&A. Pre-record facilitator prompts if you prefer not to present live.
Small retail, hospitality, allied-health and education providers, social enterprises and EdTech teams. Council business support staff are welcome. Ideal if you want clear, tested steps to include NDIS clients — and prefer online, written learning.
We designed the program to be flexible and inclusive — everyone should be able to participate fully.
Human-reviewed captions and full transcripts for every video — accurate, reliable captions you can trust.
Auslan interpreting available on request — please request at least 5 business days ahead to ensure availability.
Materials provided in DOCX, tagged PDF and plain text — choose the format that works best for you.
Downloadable videos, phone dial-in and moderated text office hours for people who prefer not to use audio/video.

Director, EduLinked — Founder & lead facilitator for Future-Ready
Sarah is a program designer and practitioner focused on accessible service and digital inclusion for small businesses and education providers. As Director of EduLinked (and EduPsyched), she leads roadmap-driven initiatives — including Strategic Self-Advocacy (SSA™), AAC-informed practice and the Future-Ready curriculum — that translate practical, evidence-based accessibility into measurable business outcomes.
Sarah's approach emphasises co-design with people with lived experience, low-cost/high-impact fixes (digital and front-of-house), and clear evaluation so small businesses can demonstrate improvements to customers and local partners. Her recent work includes designing and delivering hybrid and online-first learning pathways, advisory clinics, and pilot models that produce council-ready evidence briefs and postcode-level inclusion signals for local planning.
Speaker note: "I design programs so accessibility becomes a practical advantage — small, everyday changes that open doors for customers, staff and community."
