Easy Read — Referrals
Referrals
Use this page to refer someone for help. We help with devices, assistive technology, internet and learning.
What is a referral?
A referral is when you tell us someone needs help.
We ask a few questions. We check what help is best. Then we arrange the next step.
Who can refer?
- Teachers and school staff
- Health and therapy professionals
- Family members and carers
- Community workers
- People can also refer themselves
Types of referral
Common referrals:
- Assistive Technology (AT) — trials and matching for AAC, switches, eye-gaze and software.
- Device & school tech — loans and classroom kits, school tech checks.
- Student referral — school support or specialist help for a learner.
- Self-referral — a person can ask for help for themselves or their family.
- Other supports — internet help, training, volunteer support.
If you do not see the right form, email founder@edulinked.com.au and tell us what you need.
