What we provide hosts

Partner package

  • Partner brief, site-installation guidance and procurement notes
  • Facilitator packs, staff training and on-site commissioning support
  • M&E plan, evaluation templates and final evidence report
  • Accessibility QA, Easy Read and Auslan-ready assets

Host responsibilities

  • Provide site access, local liaison and recruit participants where required
  • Support logistics (power, Wi-Fi, basic AV points) as outlined in the installation brief
  • Coordinate local approvals and partner stakeholders for pilot delivery

  • Configure & train: 2–6 weeks
