Partner brief
A concise, evidence-informed brief to help partners (schools, councils, libraries, funders) understand scope, cost and accessibility requirements for pilots or scaled services.
We produce short partner briefs that translate ideas into practical deliverables: partner summary, objectives, accessibility requirements, device and staffing needs, indicative budgets, and an M&E outline — all formatted for procurement or funding panels.
Easy Read, Auslan and symbol-supported brief formats are available on request; tick the accessibility option on the briefing request or email us directly.
A partner brief is a short, operational document (2–4 pages) that turns an idea or funding opportunity into a practical project-ready summary. It helps funders, procurement teams and operational leads quickly understand scope, outcomes, costs and accessibility considerations.
Use a brief to: inform procurement, scope a pilot, support grant applications, or provide a clear handover between policy and delivery teams.
Briefs are useful for policy leads, program managers, procurement officers, funding applicants, and community partners preparing pilots or scaled services.
Two-paragraph summary with objectives, audience and expected outcomes.
Easy Read/Auslan requirements, AAC needs, consent & ethics notes for pilots or evaluation.
Device counts, offline/online strategies, kit management and configuration notes.
High-level costing ranges and procurement advice, including sustainment assumptions.
Short monitoring plan and verification checklist suitable for funders.
Typical turnaround: 1–3 weeks depending on complexity. Fast-track options are available for urgent funding timelines — mention this in your request.
Partner briefs are priced according to scope: simple briefs for scoping pilots are typically modest flat-fee items, while large, procurement-ready briefs (with detailed costing and sustainment modelling) are quoted. We can provide a short estimate on request.
All briefs include procurement notes and an indicative budget. For formal procurement packs we can expand briefs into full tender-style documents at an additional cost.
Use our briefing request to start the process — we’ll scope objectives, access needs and procurement constraints and produce a draft brief for your review.
If you need the brief or pack in Easy Read or Auslan, mention that in your request or email founder@edulinked.com.au.
