Pilot at Classrooms

Research and testing of tools and practices in real classrooms to see what helps learners and teachers.

In short

We run short pilots in classrooms to try new tools, activities and supports. The pilot helps us learn what works and keeps what works for real teaching.

Who is involved

  • Teachers and school teams
  • Students and families
  • Researchers and program staff
  • Volunteers and support staff

What we test

  • New learning activities and devices
  • Classroom setups and routines
  • Easy Read materials and supports
  • Teacher tools and short training approaches

How a pilot runs

  1. We agree aims and simple measures with the teacher.
  2. We try the activity for a short time (days or weeks).
  3. We gather simple notes and feedback from teachers and students.
  4. We make short guidance and share what worked.
