In short
We lend pre-configured kits and assistive-technology trial packs. Loans are short term. We include guides and a handover pack for schools.

Kits and device types
We have different kits for different needs. Below are common examples.
- Classroom kit — 10 tablets or laptops, trolley, cables and teacher guide.
- AT trial pack — AAC devices, switches and symbol software for short classroom trials.
- Pop-up kit — mixed devices and volunteer host scripts for community events.
- Specialist devices — eye-gaze systems or licensed AT software with clinician support.
If you need a bespoke kit, tell us in the form and we will help plan it.
What’s included with each loan
- Pre-configuration: devices are imaged and apps installed.
- QA checklist: battery, firmware and accessibility checks before dispatch.
- Loan documentation: plain-language loan agreement and return checklist (Easy Read version available).
- Onboarding: short training for staff or volunteers and troubleshooting notes.
- Handover pack: procurement notes and sustainment checklist if you want to scale.

We will email you a clear plan and any training dates. We will give an Easy Read loan agreement and return checklist.
Frequently asked
- How long can I borrow a kit?
- Most loans run 1–12 weeks. We agree the exact time when we confirm the loan.
- What about data and privacy?
- Devices are wiped and re-imaged between loans. We only keep data needed to manage loans.
- Can we keep the devices long term?
- We provide procurement-ready notes if you wish to adopt devices long-term. Procurement and purchase are separate to loans.
