Senior Tech Help — patient, hands-on help for older people. (Drop-in and 1:1)
Online Lending Library — borrow kits and devices for classrooms or pop-ups.
Internet Access Program — help to get low-cost internet, data vouchers and community Wi-Fi.
Online Learning Library — short online lessons and microcourses with certificates for some pathways.
Microcredentials — short practice-based courses for staff and leaders (e.g., Future Ready Activation, Assistive Technology Framework).
Assistive Technology (AT) — AT trials, matching and classroom integration with clinical or educator support.

Are programs free?: Many short programs are free. Some cohort workshops or microcredentials may have a fee. We tell you the cost clearly before you join.
Can I do courses online?: Yes. Many lessons are online and self-paced. We also run small group workshops for practice.
Can I get a certificate?: Some modules give a completion certificate. Microcredentials give recognised evidence of practical skills where assessment is included.
