- Digital Literacy Basics — start with phones, tablets and safe internet. (Short workshops)
- Senior Tech Help — patient, hands-on help for older people. (Drop-in and 1:1)
- Online Lending Library — borrow kits and devices for classrooms or pop-ups.
- Internet Access Program — help to get low-cost internet, data vouchers and community Wi-Fi.
- Online Learning Library — short online lessons and microcourses with certificates for some pathways.
- Microcredentials — short practice-based courses for staff and leaders (e.g., Future Ready Activation, Assistive Technology Framework).

Questions people ask
- Are programs free?
- Many short programs are free. Some cohort workshops or microcredentials may have a fee. We tell you the cost clearly before you join.
- Can I do courses online?
- Yes. Many lessons are online and self-paced. We also run small group workshops for practice.
- Can I get a certificate?
- Some modules give a completion certificate. Microcredentials give recognised evidence of practical skills where assessment is included.
- How do I get Easy Read or Auslan?
