Syllabus — modules
- Module 1 — Context & readiness: assess organisational readiness and map pilots to scale.
- Module 2 — Procurement for inclusion: procurement principles, accessible procurement specs and vendor engagement.
- Module 3 — Mobilisation strategy: stakeholder mapping, communication and resource mobilisation.
- Module 4 — Sustainment & governance: roles, maintenance, funding models and monitoring.
- Module 5 — Risk & compliance: simple risk register, consent, privacy and ethical considerations.
- Module 6 — Implementation plan: produce a short plan and mobilisation strategy as assessment.
Assessment
Assessment is a short implementation plan and mobilisation strategy (templates provided). Submissions include roles, procurement considerations, risk register and a sustainment checklist. Assessors give practical feedback and a certificate on demonstration of the plan.
