What the ecosystem is

EduLinked's Digital Inclusion Ecosystem brings together three practical pillars so people can learn, try, and get the support they need. We focus on short, hands-on learning, trial-first device access, and straightforward services that make accessibility real in everyday life — not just on paper.

Below are the three core parts of the ecosystem. Each one is designed to be useful on its own, and more powerful when used together.

Person learning with digital badge certificate

It’s not a single product or program — it’s the shared foundation that helps communities build and sustain equitable digital participation.

How the ecosystem connects

Our ecosystem is designed for small, practical steps that build confidence and evidence.

1

Try a deviceBorrow an Assistive Access Pack from the Digital Lending Library and test devices where they'll be used.

2

Learn practical skillsTake a microcredential or join a workshop to learn how to use devices, create accessible media, or run inclusive sessions.

3

Scale & embed — Use our Digital Inclusion Services to run pilots, train staff, and plan sustainable programs.

4

Show the resultsParticipants get badges or certificates; organisations receive short outcomes reports to support funding or planning.

This flow means decisions are grounded in real use and supported by training and evidence.

Core components

The EduLinked ecosystem is made of interdependent parts that together create sustained, accessible practice.

People

Facilitators, educators, community partners, participants and volunteers who bring practice and lived experience.

Systems

Governance, measurement, procurement and policy arrangements that support accessibility across organisations.

Solutions

Tools, resources and services — from assistive tech to learning modules — that are practical and sustainable.

Learning & evidence

Ongoing evaluation, shared learning, and public evidence to improve practice across the network.

Open governance & ethical practice

We favour open governance and clear accountability. Our governance approach aims to ensure decisions are transparent, accessible and informed by participants and partners.

Shared decision-making

Partners and community representatives are involved in shaping priorities and program design.

Ethical design

We centre dignity, consent and privacy in how tools and services are created and shared.

Sustainable practice

Focus on solutions that partners can maintain locally without ongoing external dependency.

Examples of ecosystem activity

Examples show how the parts of the ecosystem work together in real partnerships.

Community device lending + training

Partners host device loans supported by EduLinked coaching, resource packs and evaluation to ensure adoption and sustainment.

Microcredentials + school pilots

Microcredentials for educators combined with classroom pilots and partner evaluation to scale practice across regions.

Shared resource platform

Get involved — four simple steps

Start with a conversation, try devices and learning, plan together, then deliver and grow with evidence-based outcomes.

1

Start the conversation

Tell us who you are and what you want to achieve. Use the contact form or email/phone and say if you need Auslan, captions or Easy Read. Include a short note about the outcome you want.

2

Try & learn

Request an Assistive Access Pack trial from the Digital Lending Library or enrol in a microcredential. Hands-on experience shows what actually works.

3

Plan & partner

Book a consultation so we can design a pilot, staff training or a workshop that fits your context. We'll scope Auslan, captioning and device support.

4

Deliver, evaluate & grow

We deliver the activity, collect practical feedback, and give you an outcomes report with next steps. We help scale what works.
